A one-bedroom apartment located on the first floor (no elevator) of a typical Florentine building, in a central position in the San Lorenzo district. Its strategic location, close to Santa Maria Novella Station, allows easy walking access to the city’s main attractions. The apartment features a double bedroom with a large wardrobe, an en-suite bathroom with a shower, a fully equipped kitchenette with modern appliances, a dining table, a sofa, and a television. The space Upon arrival, our guests will find a courtesy kit to meet their first needs (toilet paper, soap, shampoo, etc.). The apartment is located in a restricted traffic zone.  Check-in is by appointment from 2:00 PM to 8:00 PM. For arrivals after 8:00 PM, a supplement will be applied. Service limitation: Air conditioning in Italy is regulated by national laws that set a minimum temperature of 20°C and a maximum of 22°C. The temperature values ​​allowed in our apartment are 19°C (+ 2°C tolerance) up to a maximum of 21° C. For urgent interventions caused by the guest outside office hours (from 10pm to 8am) a payment of EUR100 will be required.  As per italian law n°214/2011 (art. 40.1) the italian police require us to report our guests' identification details.
