Lovely house with a garden and a swimming pool in the heart of the village of Fontevraud l'abbaye, newly included in the "Most Beautiful Villages in France" and "Small towns with character" lists The space Le Clos Pétronille is a lovely old tufa house on 3 levels. 2 bedrooms and an intimate garden with swimming pool await you. The house is composed as follows: Ground floor: entrance, kitchen, bathroom with toilet, living room. First floor: bedroom (1 bed 160 x 200 or 2 beds 80x200) with private terrace, a toilet Second floor: mezzanine bedroom (1 bed 160 x 200 and an extra bed for 1 person). If you want to work from home, just bring your laptop and headset. Any screen in the house can be converted into a workstation. Connectors, keyboards, chargers (USB-C 65W) and mice for PCs and Macs are all available. Every room in the house has its own WiFi access point. The walled garden is shaded and furnished (barbecue and garden furniture) and has a 13x13ft swimming pool with protective cover.
