Description

This lovely, modern self-catering bungalow is a well established and popular holiday home with many returning guests. We can comfortably host 4 adults (plus a 5th person using our comfortable 'Dreams' sofa bed). We can also welcome 1 infant, we provide a travel cot/high chair. The property was renovated in 2022 to a high standard & our enclosed garden is great for dogs. There is a dog-friendly beach just a few minutes walk from our door and the centre of Valley is approx 10 mins walk away. The space Bryn Moryd is a detached, modern, coastal, self catering bungalow located in a quiet, residential road in Valley, Anglesey. The property can accommodate up to 5 people plus 1 infant and is also dog friendly. Perfect for couples & families looking for a relaxing break, and also in an ideal location for walkers exploring Coastal Path Access to the property is via a coded keysafe. Bedrooms: Bedroom 1 : King Size Bed with en-suite bathroom & smart TV Bedroom 2 : Super King size Bed (this can be split into 2 singles if requested in advance of arrival) Snug Room: ‘Dreams’ small-double sofa bed to accommodate 1 person Bedlinen & Towels, clothes storage space & central heating are included both bedrooms. There is also a hairdryer. Suitability: The property is a bungalow so all one one level and we have WiFi throughout. Dining space is 4 bar stools around a large kitchen island, and we also have lap trays. Open plan kitchen/diner: Our well equipped kitchen has a fridge/freezer, dishwasher, an electric single oven with grill, a 5 ring induction hob, microwave, kettle, toaster, coffee pod machine, plus all the cutlery, crockery, pots, pans and utensils you would expect to find in any modern family kitchen. The island has 4 bar stools plus space for a high chair (which we provide). This space is open-plan with the living room. There is underfloor heating throughout this area and the patio doors leading out into the rear garden which is not overlooked by neighbours. Living Room & Snug: Our living room has seating and an electric feature fire, and the Snug Room is adjoining but separated by sliding doors. The Snug room has a smart TV and a corner sofa (sofa-bed) plus books and board games. Main Bathroom: Our bathroom has a WC, Basin, L-shaped bath with overhead thermostatic shower (fixed head and also a hose/head). En-Suite Bathroom: Our bathroom has a WC, Basin, shower enclosure with thermostatic shower (fixed head and also a hose/head). Utility Room: Our utility room is separate from the kitchen and has a washing machine, storage cupboard for vacuum cleaner etc and a door leading to the rear garden. Parking: We have off-road parking for up to two cars on our private driveway. Outside space: Our garden to the rear of the property is enclosed and there is plenty of seating. There is a small area to the front of the house next to the driveway which is open. Also included: WiFi is included throughout The bungalow has heating throughout (Underfloor heating in most areas apart from the two bedrooms which are heated by radiators) Travel cot & high chair. Steam pressed bedlinen and fresh towels Handwash and cleaning products. Welcome pack Dog bowels & towels, throws Also worth noting: Dogs are welcome but we ask that they are not allowed in beds or left alone (inside or outside) for any length of time. Electric Vehicle Charging is strictly not permitted. No Fireworks allowed. 4pm Check-In, 10am Check-Out (unless otherwise arranged) Guest access The whole house and garden is available for guest use. The only area that is off-limits is the garage (this is used for owner storage and is locked). Other things to note We are happy to welcome up to 4 house trained dogs, there is a £15 fee (which is added when the pet is included on the booking). We ask that dogs aren't left alone and we ask guests, with respect, not to allow dogs in the bedrooms. We require guests to recycle during their stay, to ensure we comply with the Welsh Recycling regs for businesses but this is made simple as we have 4 indoor bins and 4 outdoor ones. We have many returning guests and I am sure that if you book, you will also love the accommodation and all that Anglesey has to offer!
