Welcome to our one bedroom, one bath park model home in beautiful Sarasota, Florida! Just a 6 minute drive from the airport! Close to Siesta Key beach and many others, nightlife, shopping & restaurants! Located in a gated RV community, you will find this quiet and quaint neighborhood relaxing and safe. There is a shared heated pool with kiddie pool, outdoor shower and public restrooms. Also located near the pool are horseshoe’s, tennis courts and a small children’s play area. Our home has a washer and dryer and all essentials for cooking including, dishes, pots & pans, a coffee maker, toaster, full size refrigerator, stove and oven and microwave and cooking utensils. Featuring one bedroom with a queen size bed and a sofa sleeper that folds out to a queen size bed as well in the upper living area. We have a remodeled lanai with a recliner sofa, smart TV and full size dining table. Guests are responsible for taking trash to dumpsters and laundering all towels before check out. Only one car is permitted at property.
