The Corner House is the premier rental property on the Seacoast. It is the place to be! Located a short five minute walk (1/4 mile) from beautiful Jenness Beach. We hope you enjoy our piece of paradise. *Please note there is an owner occupied apartment with a separate and secure entrance located on the property. All linens and beach towels are provided. for beach lovers, there is a beach cart, beach chairs, and umbrella provided making for easy transport to and from the beach. Jenness Beach is a charming beach located between Portsmouth and Hampton NH. There is a life guard on duty during peak periods. Summer Sessions (Surf Shop) is located at the Beach as well as a few yummy restaurants. The Carriage House Restaurant is located at the beach as well. These are just a short walk from our home. We are located approximately 1 hr from Logan Airport and 45 minutes from Manchester Airport This is a one of a kind custom home. Owners looking to share it with guests that will love it as we do. Strict No smoking / No pet policy. Short term contract must be signed before booking will be accepted. Summer rentals are Saturday to Saturday only.
