The stylish three-bedroom house sleeps six and provides open-plan living space to chill out in after a day at the beach. The kitchen/dining area opens onto the south-facing patio where you can enjoy the fresh Cornish air. All of the rooms are light and spacious with comfortable new beds for you to curl up in. Beautiful Tolcarne and Porth beaches are just a short walk from the property. The space The zero-carbon smart home is equipped to an extremely high standard with automatic lighting, underfloor heating, and controlled ventilation. The house is built over three levels. The first floor offers a double bedroom with an ensuite, a family bathroom, and a double room with bunk beds. The top floor hosts the master bedroom with a king-size bed and an ensuite shower room. For those of you wanting to try surfing on Britain’s best surfing breaks, we have kids and adults wetsuits that you can use. Buckets, spades, and a cool box are also available to use to make sure you have that perfect beach day out.
