The house was completely renovated and refurnished in 2022. The equipment is of high quality and leaves nothing to be desired. The nearest beautiful sandy beach with a great beach café is approx. 5.5 kilometres from the holiday home and is very easy to reach with the bicycles provided (including two e-bikes). Here you can relax on the large, covered, furnished terrace (so-called summer garden) as well as on the comfortable forest lounger overlooking a large pasture. The house was completely renovated/refurbished and refurnished in 2022. The equipment is of high quality and leaves nothing to be desired. The house is located on a large plot of the very green and well-located holiday home park De Wielen. The nearest beach - a very beautiful sandy beach with a great beach café - is approx. 5.5 kilometres from the holiday home and can be easily reached using the bicycles provided (including two e-bikes). The holiday park has a heated outdoor pool and various play facilities for children. The house is divided as follows: On the ground floor are the bathroom, newly built in 2022, the living-dining room and the kitchen open to the dining and living area. The living room leads to the furnished terrace, which is covered with glass and can be converted into a summer garden. Here, six comfortable lounge chairs and a double lounger invite you to relax. In the autumn and winter months, you are completely sheltered from the wind here. There are numerous thick blankets in the weatherproof garden box so that you can stay outside comfortably and sheltered even in the rain or strong winds. There are three bedrooms on the upper floor. The bedroom on the righthas a double bed (160x200cm) and a spacious wardrobe. The other two rooms have two single 90x200cm beds and a 140x200cm bed respectively. There is also a WC with washbasin built in 2022 on this floor. WiFi is available in the house. The living room has a 65-inch OLED TV and SONOS home cinema system (soundbar, satellite speakers and subwoofer). All rooms on the upper floor are also equipped with SONOS One or SONOS Roam speakers. In the children's room there is also a CD/MP3 player on which you can play your own CDs. There is also a BOSE Bluetooth speaker for you to play music from your mobile phone. In addition to NETFLIX, all German programmes are available. There are also the SONOS speakers mentioned above, which can be controlled using an existing tablet. The tablet gives you access to Spotify Premium and thus to a large number of music titles, audio books, children's radio plays and podcasts. Electricity, water and heating costs, WiFi, Netflix, Amazon Prime Video and Spotify are included in the rental price - as is the visitor's tax of €2 per person per night and the cleaning fee of €90 per stay. A separate utility room houses, among other things, the washing machine and tumble dryer purchased in 2022. The bathroom on the ground floor is designed to meet the needs of people with physical disabilities. The washbasin is wheelchair-accessible, the toilet has a cleaning control and the shower is wheelchair-accessible. In the kitchen there is a gas cooker, a fridge-freezer, a Tchibo coffee machine, an additional SENSEO coffee machine, a microwave, a toaster, a kettle etc. etc. Guests can use 4 adult bicycles: 2 adult e-bikes and 2 ladies' bikes. There are also 2 new children's bikes available. A children's bike trailer can also be used, which can be conveniently attached to one of the e-bikes, but can also be used as a pushchair. This means that the beach can be reached quickly and easily. The children's scooters and footballs etc. in the bike shed can also be used. The bicycles can be booked for a small fee of 75 euros per week. If you are interested, please send me a short email. I will then send you an email with the codes for the bike locks before your departure. The large property has a barbecue area with a high-quality Weber gas barbecue. The house has all the necessary equipment for children and babies, including a cot with new mattress, changing mat and stair gate on the first floor. There are also two highchairs available. The bicycle trailer can be used as a pushchair for two children.
