The home features custom hand peeled logs, wood flooring, a beautiful kitchen, & distinctive artwork & furnishings that capture the true nature of the setting. 25 min drive to Anchorage & 25 min drive to Girdwood, this is a must-see property, you need to be there to appreciate all it has to offer. 35 min away from the airport. The space Very close to the Alyeska Resort, the house is in between Anchorage and Girdwood on the Seward highway. This property offers a unique Alaskan experience. Guests can enjoy the tranquility of nature while being close to the scenic beauty of Turnagain Arm. Additionally, great place to see the northern lights in Alaska. Guest access Take the Seward Highway to Indian Road. Turn left on Huot Cir, pass under the Indian Valley Meats sign, and follow the parking lot up and to the left. The property is the log home next to the driveway. Please do not park in the alley blocking access to the back. Park in front of the driveway to the log home. Check in is any time after 5pm and check out is 11am. You will be provided with a code to access the door key the day of your arrival. Other things to note What you do in your personal time is entirely up to you, but when staying at our place, please do not engage in illegal activities anywhere on the property, this applies to but not limited to drugs and internet activity. This is just the law ... not so much one of our rules. We understand that accidents happen. But we so ask that you please let us know when they do. Chances are we can fix them as effortlessly as possible which will also mean better chances of having your full security deposit returned too. To ensure we keep the floorboards squeaky clean for our guests' enjoyment, we have a no shoes policy inside the house. Whilst we do a thorough professional clean between each guest stay, we ask that prior to leaving, you clean and put away any dishes or kitchenware used and put any dirty towels in the hamper. It helps us get through our cleaning process quicker and allows us to keep cleaning costs down for you and future guests. Please put full trash bags outside in the backyard right under the deck.
