This bright, ground-floor apartment offers 55 m² of living space for two people and, if needed, a small child in a travel cot. Stylishly furnished with great attention to detail, it invites you to relax and unwind. The living area is cozy and spacious, featuring a comfortable leather sofa, a relaxing armchair, a flat-screen TV, a radio, and an inviting dining area. Adjacent to the living area is the open, fully equipped kitchen with a dishwasher, refrigerator, ceramic hob, and oven. The bedroom offers a double bed (1.60 m x 2.00 m) and a large wardrobe. The modern bathroom has a walk-in shower, heated towel rail, hairdryer, washing machine, and dryer. Special attention has been paid to healthy materials and high hygiene standards in the flooring. The private, secluded terrace (20 m²) is particularly lovely and enjoys sunshine almost all day long. An electric awning provides shade when needed. Comfortable deck chairs, loungers, and cushions are available for your use in the adjacent storage room. All windows are equipped with exterior blinds. The owner will contact you by phone or email before your arrival to arrange a time for a personal welcome and key handover. The location is ideal: The fine sandy south beach, which is supervised by the German Lifesaving Association (DLRG) in the summer, is just a few minutes away. Ice cream parlors, restaurants, and souvenir shops can be found along the promenade. A supermarket, bakery, hairdresser, and bus stop are all within walking distance—so you can leave your car parked. Beautiful coastal paths lead to Rettin and Neustadt; the diverse coastline can be explored by bicycle all the way to Travemünde. Day trips to Lübeck, activities such as canoeing in the Holstein Switzerland region, visiting Hansa Park, waterskiing in Süsel, or a trip to the cinema in Neustadt complete the picture. Note regarding dogs: A security deposit of €200 is required for guests traveling with a dog. We look forward to your visit. Other things to note The owner of the holiday apartment will contact you by phone or email well in advance of your arrival to arrange a specific time for a personal welcome and key handover. A small dog is permitted for a fee (it must be covered by liability insurance) and may only be brought along after prior notification. We require a security deposit of €200, which must be paid on-site if you are traveling with a dog. Bed linen and towels can be booked through the owner on-site. The Baltic Sea Card fee is between €1.60 and €2.70 per person/night, depending on the season, and is payable upon arrival. The security deposit will be refunded by bank transfer 2-3 days after your departure and inspection of the holiday apartment.
