For a weary traveler, this quaint private studio (not shared) is the perfect solution if you are headed to the Sequoias or exploring the Sierra foothills and want to rest in the historic town of Exeter. A bit about the property: The property hosts a spacious communal yard, pool, and hot tub and a quaint private studio fully equipped with a twin bed (converts to a couch), 3 piece bath, small fridge, microwave and coffee maker. Bedding, towels, dishes, and incidental toiletries are provided. It’s good for one person and a pet. Dogs are welcome. The property is fully fenced and shares a run and “restroom” for your pet. The main house is the original hospital built in 1913! Take the electric bike to town to enjoy Exeter’s rich history on the Main Street (where local breweries abound!) Some facts on the town: Exeter is located on State Highway 65, 2 miles (3.2 km) south of Highway 198 and 15 miles (24 km) east of Highway 99. Exeter is within a 3 to 4 hour drive of both Los Angeles and San Francisco. Exeter is located at 36°17′39″N 119°8′34″W (36.294213, -119.142746). Exeter is located 50 miles by car, following the Mineral King Road route, from the entrance to Sequoia National Park.
