Take it easy at this unique and tranquil getaway. Sunrise to sunset, enjoy the 360-degree view of the peaceful natural wooded and pastoral setting with its own entrance. A large country kitchen, oak cabinets, a wood-burning fireplace, and ample room to relax. The upper level has a full bath, and 2 queen bedrooms, one with a walk-in closet and TV. For added relaxation, enjoy the light-filled sitting area/tower to read, watch TV, or pull out the trundle bed for additional sleeping accommodation. The space The estate has one main dwelling that is divided into 2 sections. Inside the main foyer, there is a coat closet. Just inside the home on the right is the powder room. The bedrooms are located on the second level. Each room is regulated by its own thermostat and AC unit. The owners have a very friendly small dog that is there on the property. Her name is Luna and likes to run around in the enclosed backyard from time to time. Our daughter manages the farm and resides in the east wing. There is also a chicken coop where we collect eggs daily for donation to the local food pantry. You are free to roam the grounds, and even relax on one of the benches. Please be advised that you may see deer, groundhogs, foxes, all kinds of native Maryland birds and chipmunks. Other things to note Ileana’s Farm is on a well system. Please be mindful of your water usage. *The horses are privately owned. Please refrain from feeding or touching them.
