Two double bedrooms are very comfortable, and one of them has a direct exit to the terrace. There are two full bathrooms with shower, so the minimum waiting time for the bathroom. The living and dining rooms are open for optimal social space, and the kitchen is fully equipped so you can show off your tapas cooking skills. The apartments are 85 sq. m. and have a very functional layout. It is located in a modern building with two elevators - only two units per staircase - and is distinguished by its interior design, furnishings and a large terrace with a view.
