The two double bedrooms are very comfortable and one of them have direct access to the terrace. There are two full bathrooms with shower so minimum bathroom waiting times. The living room and dining room area are open for optimum social space and the kitchen is fully equipped for you to show off your tapas cooking skills. The apartments have 85 square metres and a very functional layout. Located in a modern building with two elevators -only two units per staircase- and stands out for its interior design, equipment and a large terrace with views. The air-conditioned living-dining room invites you to meet your family and spend great evenings. The sofa can be prepared as a sofa-bed (making it a 1.40mx 2m bed) for two guests, so that it can optionally fit 6 guests in the house.
