Our Sea Club II Siesta Key condo is a beautiful, newly renovated second floor condo in gated complex. Free parking, set among Banyan, Oaks and Palms on almost 4 acres. Heated Pool, Fishing pier, 4 minute walk to private beach access. Guest access Guests have full access to the condo and all amenities, beach access, heated pool, Tiki hut, fishing pier, deeded beach access, bbq grills. Other things to note Our condo comes with linens and towels, and beach towels. We are located with deeded beach access to the best beaches in the US! Upon checkout, please empty the trash. Our housekeeper charges $20 to empty the trash if it has not been emptied. The $20 will be deducted from your security deposit. Renters must be over the age of 25.
