The space The farmhouse consists of 5 air-conditioned bedrooms, 2 of which are on the ground floor, accessible only from the outside, completely independent, one with shower room and the other with bathroom; and 3 other bedrooms upstairs, including a master suite with bathroom to share with the other 2 bedrooms. A large modern fully-equipped kitchen with a table for 10 people. It opens onto a spacious, warm and cozy living room, also air-conditioned. On the ground floor behind the house you will find a cellar with a second fridge, an ice maker and a dryer. Outside, you can enjoy large terraces, garden furniture, a splendid view of the landscaped garden composed of olive trees, many fruit trees and vines. Facing south, the farmhouse overlooks a huge lawn and a 150 m2 teak terrace bordering a 15 m x 5 m swimming pool. Guests can enjoy 7 ultra-comfortable deckchairs, chiliennes and garden armchairs. A very large pergola shelters an outdoor table for 10 people where you will enjoy the shade and coolness, but also the view of the garden and vineyards.
