Domaine Thym et Romarin - Nature Lodge

The Domaine Thym et Romarin, a nature gîte open year-round, is a house attached to our living space but totally independent. It is located on an atypical estate of 5000 m², with furnished terraces. On sunny days, our free-access swimming pool with stunning views of the 3 Becs mountain, without any overlooking, in order to fully enjoy this authentic nature. In the off season, nature takes on beautiful colors, and in the evening a wood stove provides warmth and relaxation The space The 35 m2 single-story dwelling opens onto a living room with an open-plan equipped kitchen, a dining area, a storage space and a separate toilet. The bedroom has a 160 x 200 bed, an adjoining walk-in shower, sink and towel rail. Outside, there is a covered wooden terrace with two hanging lights for dinner in the evening, 2 tables, 4 garden chairs, 2 deckchairs, and a gas plancha. On sunny days, at the top of the property, accessible by an uphill path, there is a terrace with a swimming pool (4.20 x 2.00, depth 0.80) with stunning, unobstructed mountain views, allowing you to cool off and contemplate nature. In the off-season, a stove and two armchairs for spending beautiful evenings. Local: shops, local producers, restaurants, bar and tobacco shop, cafes, bookstore, pharmacy, bakery and Sunday morning market Leisure activities: Nearby, you will have the opportunity to practice various sports activities: cycling, mountain biking, numerous hiking trails, rock climbing in Saou (12 km), canoeing down the Drôme, swimming in the rivers and gorges, the water park in Vercheny Delta Waterpark (6 km), and discovering, above Die (15 km), the Col du Rousset in the Vercors National Park (altitude 1249 m) and its many activities (summer/winter). Discover: Saillans is a charming village nestled in the Drôme Valley in the heart of the Diois region. All shops are within walking distance: restaurants, bakery, supermarket, organic stores, local producers. Market on Sunday mornings The local cuisine is a real treasure, with goat's cheese tomes, Romans ravioli, Montélimar nougat, Clairette de Die, and Père Craquant croquettes from Saillans. The Palais Idéal du Facteur Cheval in Hauterives, a unique work of art brut, the Tour de Crest, the Museum of Contemporary Art in Montélimar, and the Institute of Modern Art in Valence complete the cultural visits.
