A beautiful historic home, completely renovated. The original materials were preserved to maintain the building’s traditional Champagne character. It features a large 90-square-meter main room on the first floor, comprising a living room and a fully equipped kitchen that opens onto the living area. The upper floor consists of 3 bedrooms, accommodating a total of 10 people—ideal for a large family or 2 couples with children. Bedroom 1: 1 double bed + 1 single bed; Bedroom 2: 1 double bed + 1 single bed; Bedroom 3: 4 single beds + game room and TV. The building is located in the inner courtyard of a farmhouse. You’ll have access to a private garden with outdoor seating and a barbecue. Many activities nearby: Lac de la Forêt d’Orient, bike trails, tree-top adventure course, forest, golf, Nigloland amusement park, downtown Troyes, outlet stores...
