The space -Gas fireplace. -TV's in each bedroom (streaming only) -fully stocked kitchen with seating for 6 -first bedroom is located on the main level -also on the main level with the updated bathroom with dual sink. -queen sleeper sofa is also on the main floor in the family room. -upper level features the game room with air hockey and arcade unit featuring over 60 games. -second bedroom is located upstairs and features it's own private balcony with nice view of the pond. -second bathroom upstair with a jacuzzi tub along with traditional tub/shower -private hot tub is located on the covered and private back porch off of the main level. -flat parking and plenty of room for 4 vehicles. The kitchen is equipped with all pots, pans and all utensils to prepare and serve a full course meal or snacks on the go. We also have a large charcoal grill. (Note: We do not provide charcoal) The red tape: - Dogs are allowed. 2 dog max. $175 non-refundable pet fee. - 6 person Max - We provide a start of toilet paper and paper towels.
