Gîte Olive near swimming river, Saint-Denis, airco

Away from the hustle and bustle, enjoy the little things, of the French countryside. The property where the gte is located is located in the middle of the authentic village of Saint-Denis, near Barjac and Saint-Ambroix in the Gard. Within walking distance of the swimming river Cèze for some sunbathing, reading or a refreshing (morning) swim. Nîmes, Uzès, Alès, Pont du Gard, but also the beautiful sights of the Ardèche are nearby, such as Gorges de l'Ardèche. The space Apartment Olive is part of gîtes Noulou and is practically / attractively furnished. The gte is suitable for a maximum of 6 people. Air conditioning is included for your comfort — no extra charges. There are 3 spacious bedrooms with 2x double beds and 1x a room with 2 single beds. The beds are made when you arrive. In the living area 2 lounge sofas and a dining table set. A large cupboard in which the crockery and pans are located. But also plenty of storage space for your things. A walk-in shower in the luxurious bathroom with a bathroom furniture with 2 washbasins. Bath and kitchen linen is included. The toilet is in a separate room. Very nice if, for example, you are on holiday with friends or family. The kitchen is fully equipped such as oven/microwave, dishwasher, fridge/freezer, extractor hood and hob (gas). And of course plenty of crockery and cooking items. From the kitchen and 1 bedroom are patio doors to the outside. The apartment is located directly on the village square and therefore does not have a terrace. In the central entrance hall of the building, there is a large dining table as well as a lounge set that you may use as a guest of Olive. The central hall is partially open, so you remain connected to the outdoor air. Gîte Olive is a wonderful base for visiting beautiful cultural cities, nice markets or the many places of interest in the area. Guest access You access the apartment through a nice coeur (courtyard). In the apartment you have access to all areas (bedrooms, hall, bathroom, kitchen and living room. After all, you rent the entire apartment. Parking is possible in front of the building Other things to note You can park your car in the village directly at the apartments. If the parking spaces are all occupied, there is a large parking lot within 2 minutes walking distance.
