Situated in the upscale neighborhood Coral Estate with 24-7 Security, our Patio Villa is in close proximity to the Beach and the Coral Estate center with 2 restaurants, a bakery, a spa, a PADI Diving Center and more. The villa is located on a large plot with a lush vegetation and offers lots of privacy - the villa is not visible from the street-. The space The entrance gives access to the hall with the spacious living room behind it. The living room has high ceilings, a couch to relax, an open kitchen (new from 2021) which is completely equipped with appliances, a dinner table… two double doors lead to the covered porch. The master bedroom is located at the front of the house and has double doors to the porch. The en-suite bathroom is fully equipped with a vanity, shower and a toilet. The other two bedrooms are at the rear of the house and share a bathroom. Both bedrooms have French doors leading to the garden via a small wooden terrace. All 3 bedrooms have airconditioners. The huge covered porch offers a beautiful long wooden dinner table, a seating area with a couch two armchairs and a coffee table. From the porch a few stairs lead into the garden. Over a wooden bridge and a few stairs you reach the pooldeck. The large swimming pool (6mx4m) is located in a raised wooden terrace, very spacious with good wind. In the garden around the house you will find additional seating areas where you can take a break to relax, read a book, watch the birds, play Darts... Guest access The entire villa and outdoor area is at your sole disposal. Other things to note Electricity and water will be charged to you at the local rate of 0,38€ per kWh (electricity) and water at the rate of 6,00€ per m3. Meter positions will be noted on your arrival and at departure.
