Conceived to offer a harmonious balance between elegance and comfort, the “Château” is built on a residential street and offers an accommodating environment in a modern city. The 2 richly decorated bathrooms are freshly renovated and are each beautifully complemented by a Jacuzzi as well as a freshly-installed sauna room located in the basement. The kitchen and dining-room, inspired by an open-space concept, maximize natural light and offer room to seat 8 to 16 people around the table, ideal for family meals. A sterling island counter with 2 barstools adds cooking space and a cozy family environment. A dishwasher, microwave, refrigerator and all that is required to cook is equally provided.
