You can also access the local ATV/Snowmobile Trails & Mickelson Trail just on the other side of HWY 14 - You can ride your ATV's directly to the trails!! The 6 Bedrooms have 6 Queen Beds plus 4 Twin-Size Beds - plenty of space of all your friends and family joining you on your next vacation. The Main Level Coach House has an open Kitchen/Dining/Great Room with Gas Fireplace. The Loft includes a Master Bedroom with Private Deck. The Lower Level of Cabin has a Large Family Room w/ Gas Fireplace, Wet-Bar, along with Walk-Out Patio & Hot Tub (just a few steps to the Swimming Pool at the Clubhouse) Hardwood Flooring & Custom Tile throughout the property and includes Flat Screen TV's, Central Air Conditioning, and laundry area so you can enjoy all the amenities from home. Coach House is accessed on all paved roads and has ample parking for your vehicles and recreational vehicles. You'll also get access to the clubhouse with gold mining decor and log accents which boast many amenities including the heated pool, dual hot tubs, sauna, work out facility, gas grill, family room with bar top, air hockey/pool table, and WIFI. Property access information will be delivered within the week of your arrival, but it's typically sent the night before arrival. Other things to note If you’re planning to ride your snowmobiles/ATV’s on the local trail system, a permit is required from the Black Hills National Forest.
