This dog-friendly, spacious four-bedroom retreat comfortably sleeps up to ten guests, making it ideal for families or groups of friends. The space Property Layout: First Floor: Bedroom with 2 queens and twin trundle. Full Bath with shower only. Sink and Small refrigerator. Smart TV. Deck Access. Second Floor: Open Living Room, Kitchen, and Dining Area. Half Bath. Pantry with Washer/Dryer. Access to screened porch. Third Floor: Primary Bedroom with King and en suite bathroom, shower only. Bedroom with Queen. Bedroom with Queen, trundle, and loft with twin. Full bath with tub and shower. Other things to note As you step inside, you're greeted by an open and modern design that seamlessly blends comfort with elegance. The heart of this home is its open-concept living area, where you can relax on the cozy sofa, watch your favorite shows on the smart TV, or prepare a meal in the fully equipped kitchen. The screened porch is a serene spot to enjoy morning coffee or evening sunsets, while the outdoor shower allows you to rinse off after a day at the beach. Four Bedrooms: 1 Primary with King, 1 with Queen, 1 with 2 Queen and twin trundle, 1 with queen, twin trundle and twin loft. Amenities include central AC/Heat, Starlink premium internet, 2 smart TVs, Washer/Dryer, HIgh Chair, Pack and Play, Dishwasher, Gas Stove, Keurig and standard coffee makers. Sheets and Towels provided. Beds will be made for your arrival with the exception of the loft and trundles. The exterior offers screened porch, decks, hot/cold shower, fish cleaning bench, and gas grill. No Smoking/Vaping. Dogs allowed. Limit of 2. Limit of 3 vehicles. Short Stays are available; there is a three-night minimum, and these stays can be booked within two weeks of arrival. We do provide a Starter Kit containing 1 roll of toilet paper per bathroom, a roll of paper towels, a small bottle of Palmolive dish soap, a trash bag for each can, and small bar of soap for each bathroom. Guests will need to bring additional supplies to last for the stay, or purchase at the Ocracoke Variety Store.
