Very nice refurbished apartment, newly equipped with a water tank. Located in Gosier in a secure residence in the middle of a tropical garden, with parking. Located 50 m from the sea with private beach, you can in a few seconds enjoy the turquoise waters and a place to relax (beach, deckchair) with views of Gosier Island. Downtown and the shops and restaurants are within walking distance. The central location will allow you to visit the entire island. The space The apartment is located on the ground floor, allowing you to limit the stairs and have a view of the bay without being bothered by the top of the palm trees. You can enjoy this cozy apartment which was completely renovated in December 2021. All furniture and appliances have been renewed. The air conditioning has also been changed and its power increased. In 2023, a 300L water reserve to the ACS sanitary standard was installed, making it possible to supply the apartment and therefore no longer be impacted by water cuts. In 2024 the glass window is changed and the step removed to be level between the living room and the kitchen. The loggia has sliding windows with roller shutters and a glass window equipped with a mosquito net that will allow you to enjoy the view of the tropical garden and the sea at any time without being bothered by mosquitoes, heat, cold, rain... The bathroom is equipped with a laundry dryer and you will find a large walk-in shower. A hair dryer is also available. If you need anything, you'll find a cordless vacuum cleaner, ironing board, and steam iron. All linens and towels will be provided for the duration of your stay.
