This house was built in the early 20th century, it is a stone house, one of the first in the area, almost next to the legendary Voulismeni Lake of Agios Nikolaos and rare in its kind. Its stone construction makes the use of air conditioning unnecessary. Its location is ideal, especially if you dream of waking up and touring every corner of the city without a car. There are many restaurants, cafes and parking facilities around the area. The space The apartment was renovated in 2022, is located in the heart of the city of Agios Nikolaos, close to the picturesque lake and within walking distance of cafes, restaurants, bakeries, supermarkets, a museum and an open-air market every Wednesday. From the nearby picturesque port you can take the boat to the island of Spinalonga. The beautiful sandy beaches of the city, the shopping center and the open-air market, are very close and visiting these places does not require the use of a car. This is a spacious ground floor apartment of 100 sq.m. with two comfortable bedrooms. In addition, in the living room, there are two sofas that can be converted into a double bed, allowing a total of 6 to 8 guests to sleep comfortably. There is also a bathroom with a bathtub and a toilet. All electrical appliances are brand new, such as two 50' 4K smart TVs with Netflix, air conditioning units, oven, refrigerator, washing machine, electric iron and hair dryer. The kitchen is fully renovated and includes a fully equipped kitchen that offers everything from a regular size kitchen with oven, cookware and tableware, tea and coffee. There is WiFi in all areas. We'll be happy to welcome you in person, but there's always the option to check in using the lock at the entrance to the apartment.
