Sunny Farmstead: Owners' Club access, golf nearby!

Welcome to Farmstead: a quiet and comfortable villa nestled within the heart of the Galena Territory. This home features 3 KING beds, a wood burning fireplace, bumper pool table, child bunk beds, dart board, and a closet full of games. Property is 10min from downtown Galena. Booking Sunny Farmstead also gives you access to the Owners' Club (4 minute drive) which features indoor and outdoor heated pools, basketball courts, game room, tennis courts and more. The space This villa is an end unit: the only shared walls between it and the next door neighbors are along the kitchen and the downstairs north wall. The result is a home that feels like a single family property--incredibly quiet, and very peaceful. Guests love that kids can have their own space in the basement game room while the adults can be upstairs in the main living room. Our home is spread across 3 levels. On the entry level there is a full bath and one bedroom with a king sized bed, as well as the kitchen and main living space. On the top level you'll find a main bedroom retreat (king size bed) with its own bathroom. Finally, the downstairs level features a kid-friendly bedroom with bunk beds, as well as another bedroom with a king sized bed. The downstairs level also has a common area space with a sleeper sofa and several entertainment options including a Roku TV, bumper pool, and darts. The main living areas feature art prints by Carl Johnson, a local artist who has been painting architectural scenes within Galena for more than 40 years. Guest access You have full access to the home with the exception of two locked supply closets. Booking Sunny Farmstead also affords you access to the Territory Owners' Club. This is an exclusive amenity that can be used by only Galena Territory property owners and their guests. The club includes an indoor swimming pool, outdoor swimming pool w/slides, kiddie pool, fitness room, game room, indoor/outdoor basketball courts, tennis courts, seasonal snack bar, WiFi and outdoor playground. Don't forget to visit Lake Galena, The Shenandoah Riding Center and hiking trails throughout the 6,800 acre property. Other things to note House Rules Smoking/Drug Policy Smoking of all kinds is prohibited inside and outside of the property. This includes vaping. If you need to smoke, please walk up to the street level and do so. When you’re done, please dispose of your cigarette in the trash. Furniture Do not rearrange the furniture. Pool Towels We provide swimming towels for your time at the pool. Please return towels to the home after visiting the Owners’ Club. Early Check In/ Late Check out We offer 1hr early or 1hr late check in/check out times at no extra charge. Any request beyond 1hr will be charged $25/ extra hour requested. Example: If you wanted a 1PM check in time, then that would be $50 extra. Any requests are always subject to availability. If we have another guest leaving/arriving that same day, we may not be able to honor any early/late arrivals/departures. Fire Pit HOA rules prohibit having fire pits at any home within the association. Sorry! Parties or Events Parties or large gatherings are prohibited. We don’t allow guests to throw parties or events in our home. Keep noise to a minimum after 10pm. The local security department has the ability to fine as much as $1,000 to homeowners that rent to guests who don’t behave appropriately. The renter agrees to pay any fines incurred. Damaged Items You’ll be responsible for any damage to the property caused by you or your guests during your stay. If for any reason you break an item, please let us know. We understand that accidents happen, but in order for us to fix or replace something for a future guest to enjoy, we’ll need to know that it’s broken. We appreciate your honesty. Items left behind If you forget a personal item, we are happy to send it back to you. The cost is $25 plus shipping fees. Amenity Scan Cards Our home comes with 6 amenity cards for you to access the Owners' Club. There is a $50 charge per lost card. Once again, we appreciate your compliance with these rules.
