The modern and comfortably furnished apartment consists of an open kitchen-living area with dining area and exit to the large balcony / terrace. In addition, there is a bathroom with rain shower with steam bath function and underfloor heating. A TV with Blu-Ray player and a soundbar with Bluetooth connectivity provide entertainment and a bioethanol fireplace for cozy warmth. The two bedrooms are each equipped with a double bed and a flat-screen TV. The apartment is located on the 1st floor and can be easily reached by elevator. There is a car parking space available.
