Overlooking the village of Bonaguil, it is a privileged location for an unforgettable holiday. This cottage, fully restored in 2022 by its current owner, was the resort of the painter and sculptor Manolo RUIZ-Pư. The space With an area of 80 m2, the cottage consists of: - a living room with fully equipped kitchen, dishwasher, oven, complete set of cookware, grill and electric barbecue, table for 6 people, lounge area with TV, sofa bed and plenty of storage. - A mezzanine bedroom with a double bed (140 x 190) - One bedroom on the lower level with 2 single beds (90 x 190) - An intermediate bedroom with a sofa bed (120 x 190) - A bathroom with massaging jet shower, large sink, washing machine and toilet. Outdoor terrace with forest views, with chairs, table and umbrellas. Free parking 150m away. Enclosed garden of 300 m2 on 2 levels with hammock area, magnificent view of the nearby castle. Nestled in the heart of Bonaguil and overlooking the village (10 inhabitants!), the house will offer you direct pedestrian access to the castle (to visit with family!) and the many trails that run through the forest. RENTAL TERMS AND CONDITIONS: The accommodation is rented at a minimum of 3 nights throughout the season, except from 05/07/2025 to 30/08/2025 where the rental is 7 days minimum with check-in and checkout on Saturdays.
