Warm and relaxing cottage in the heart of Morvan

Old farmhouse completely renovated in the heart of the Morvan Regional Park in Corcelles in the municipality of Préporché, accommodating up to 4 people in a relaxing and natural setting. The space The house on the ground floor includes an equipped kitchen with wood stove but also a large dining table, microwave, dishwasher and all the utensils needed to prepare delicious regional dishes. *A living room with sofa bed (2 seats) with coffee table, TV and stereo. *A large bedroom with a 140 x 200 bed with dresser and nightstand. *Bathroom with sink, small laundry room with laundry machine, ironing table. *A walk-in shower with toilet and heated towel rail. *Outside, garden furniture with barbecue, sun loungers and an outbuilding to store your belongings (bicycles, motorcycles, etc.) all on a large plot. => Each stay includes 9 KWh per day of electricity based on the traditional Gîtes de France scales, i.e. 63 KWh for a week. Beyond that, a supplement will be charged. (supplement mainly in winter for heating) Close to Moulins Engilbert ( 4 kilometers ), you will find all the amenities you need for your stay (food stores, petrol, restaurant ...). The house is located in the heart of the Nivernais countryside with the possibility of numerous hikes all around the house, pretty sites to visit ( Bibracte, the many lakes of Morvan, Château Chinon, the terms of St Honoré les Bains ...)
