Fully renovated old farmhouse in the heart of the Morvan Regional Park in Corcelles in the municipality of Préporché, accommodating up to 4 people in a relaxing and natural setting. The space The single-storey house includes a kitchen equipped with wood burning stove but also a large dining table, microwave, dishwasher and all the utensils necessary for preparing delicious regional dishes. *A living room with convertible sofa ( 2 seats) with coffee table, TV and hifi channel. *A large bedroom with a 140 x 200 bed with dresser and night table. *A bathroom with sink, small laundry room with washing machine, ironing board. *A walk-in shower with toilet and towel dryer. *Outside, a garden furniture with barbecue, loungers and outbuilding to store your belongings ( bikes, motorcycles...) all on a large grounds. Close to Moulins Engilbert ( 4 kilometers ), you will find all the amenities necessary for your stay (food shops, gasoline, restaurant ...). The house is located in the heart of the Nivernaise countryside with the possibility of many hiking all around the house, nice sites to visit ( Bibracte, the many lakes of Morvan, Château Chinon, the terms of Saint Honoré les Bains ...) Price: 395 euros per week including water and electricity ( up to 6 kwh / day beyond a billing will be applied).
