Old farmhouse completely renovated in the heart of the Morvan Regional Park in Corcelles in the municipality of Préporché, accommodating up to 4 people in a relaxing and natural setting. The space The single-story house includes a kitchen equipped with a wood stove but also a large dining table, microwave, dishwasher and all the utensils necessary for the preparation of delicious regional dishes. *A living room with sofa bed (2 seats) with coffee table, TV and stereo. *A large bedroom with a 140 x 200 bed with dresser and nightstand. *Bathroom with sink, small laundry room with washing machine, ironing board. * A walk-in shower with toilet and towel dryer. * Outside, garden furniture with barbecue, sun loungers and outbuilding to store your belongings (bicycles, motorcycles, etc.) all on a large lot. Close to Moulins Engilbert (4 kilometers), you will find all the amenities you need for your stay (food stores, petrol, restaurant...). The house is located in the heart of the Nièvre countryside with the possibility of many hikes all around the house, beautiful sites to visit (Bibracte, the many lakes of Morvan, Château Chinon, the thermal baths of Saint-Honoré-les-Bains...) Price: 395 euros per week including water and electricity (up to 6 kwh/day beyond which an invoice will be applied).
