BREAKFAST: Start each morning with a grab-and-go breakfast, refreshed daily and set out in the main house lobby. However you like to begin the day, it's an easy, unhurried way to fuel up before heading out to explore Charleston. KITCHEN & LOUNGE: In the main house, the lobby is a welcoming place to relax between outings, with banquette seating across two tables that's ideal for morning coffee or a light snack. It's an easy spot to settle in with a book, plan your day, or simply take a breather before heading back out into the city. OUTDOOR SPACE: The verandas are where this classic Charleston mansion really comes to life. Two generous porches span the length of the main home, with plenty of seating to settle in with a morning coffee or a cocktail as the evening cools. Find a quiet spot to catch the breeze, or borrow one of the on-site bikes and set off to explore downtown at your own pace. PARKING: Leave the parking stress behind. Each room comes with its own allotted off-street space in a private lot just behind the property along Bee Street. This unit is fully licensed and legal with the City of Charleston under STR Operational Permit OP2025-06834 and Business License BL028012-05-2022 Guest access Each room is accessed by a keyless door code for ease of entry and allows for a zero-interaction check-in/check-out process. A door code specific to each guest’s stay will be provided the day before your check-in. If you have any questions about directions or access to the property, our team would be happy to assist. Guests can enjoy full access to the unit and all its amenities. Other things to note ✹ Pets are NOT Allowed. As much as we love furry companions, pets are not allowed at this property. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation. If a pet and/or pet evidence is found at the home, we reserve the right to charge a $150/pet fee. ✹ This is a 100% smoke-free property: Smoking is strictly prohibited indoors. A fine will be charged ($300) for any in-room smoke evidence. If you wish to smoke, please do so at least 10 feet away from the building outdoors. ✹ Noise Notice: This is a shared property with multiple guest rooms and common spaces; some noise transfer between rooms and from shared areas may occur. ✹ Please be advised that: A local noise ordinance is in effect from approximately 10:00 PM to 10:00 AM, with stricter enforcement during nighttime hours. Guests must be respectful of neighbors and keep noise levels to a minimum during these hours, both indoors and outdoors. We do not offer refunds for noise-related issues that are typical of a shared residential area and coastal community setting. By booking, you acknowledge and accept this island setting and the potential for ambient and neighborhood-related noise, including from adjacent or nearby units. ✹ To help us ensure a great stay, guests must allow us the chance to address any issues during their visit. Contact our 24/7 Guest Services Line for assistance. ✹ Refunds will not be issued for concerns reported after checkout or when resolution efforts are declined. ✹ We do not control neighboring properties and cannot offer refunds due to dissatisfaction with external factors. ✹ We do not provide refunds for utility outages or service interruptions that are outside of our control. ✹ If damage or excessive cleaning is required after checkout, we reserve the right to charge an additional fee equivalent to a full cleaning. ✹ Please note that we cannot assume responsibility for vehicles parked outside the designated parking areas. ✹ Please note that we will not make exceptions to the cancellation policy associated with your reservation. ✹ Hurricane Policy / Extenuating Circumstances: In the event that a Mandatory Evacuation Order is issued for our county by the Governor of South Carolina during your stay, we will provide a full refund of all payments made. If no such order is issued, our standard cancellation policy remains in effect, even if weather elsewhere impacts your travel plans.
