To the left is a fully fitted kitchen that has all appliances by the top-of-the-line Italian manufacturer SMEG. To the right is a snug, where you can relax with a book and enjoy the morning light with a coffee. Double doors in the dining room lead out onto a private, secluded, south-facing garden and terrace, featuring - unique in the Bastide - a swimming pool. On the first floor there are three generously sized double bedrooms all with King/Queen sized beds, antique French dressers, wardrobes and elegant lighting. The master bathroom has both an oversized bath with swan-neck taps and a walk-in shower. There is also a second shower room and toilet on this floor. On the second floor the layout is the same with three generous bedrooms, one with twin beds and the others with King beds. This floor has a full bathroom and a shower room both sporting the signature beton ciré used throughout the house.
