The house is located in a quiet area of the town and has a separate entrance with an outdoor area equipped with a table, chairs, a beach umbrella, and a barbecue. It’s about 1 km from the beach, which can also be reached via a bike path that runs through the town center; nearby, you’ll find shops, supermarkets, Lidl, and Conad.
