Guests also have access to the Front barbecue outdoor area, all fenced and perfect for entertaining! Parking is available; you can park your car in the garage and the driveway. Parking = Got you sorted! Other things to note -WIFI PROVIDED -LINEN PROVIDED with the best quality and satisfaction guaranteed on our beds and mattresses! Doonas, pillows & blankets are available, and basic condiments and toiletries are available. (make it as easy as possible and less stressful for you ) Other things to note -Children are requested to eat at the dining table and not on the sofas. -TRAVEL COT and HIGH CHAIR are available to families with young children-please. Advise if you require this. I would highly recommend making bookings at restaurants and other places in town ahead of time. -A CLEANING FEE of $200 applies to each stay and is automatically calculated when making your booking. Extra cleaning charges will apply if the property is not left respectfully and the House Rules are followed regarding garbage, BBQ cleaning, and coffee machine cleaning. Note: we have an enhanced cleaning routine due to covid, and we're taking extra care to disinfect frequently touched surfaces between every reservation. The linen fee is $120 includes bed linens, bath towels, hand towels and bath packs, -SERVICE FEE is charged by Airbnb on all stays and is automatically calculated when you make your booking.
