Sneak away for a peaceful get away at a cozy seasonal cottage in Cobbett's Pond area. Short walk to private Pine Terrace community beach. Great for paddle boarding and swimming. 3 bedroom, 1 bath (cottage rules for flushing) ideal for a family to enjoy some relaxing fun. We want to disclose the cottage has ring doorbells on the front and back doors. NO PARTIES allowed. No PETS allowed. No SMOKING allowed. Please respect those rules we have children with allergies. Having FUN is a must!! Guest access Whole cottage rental and access to Pine Terrace private beach Other things to note Toilet is off a well and small holding tank. We ask that you only flush when necessary. No flushing after pee. No heat as it is a seasonal cottage
