2-room apartment with terrace Other things to note The vacation apartment is located in a well-kept, extensive vacation complex in the center of Neddesitz - municipality of Sagard and offers the ideal starting point for excursions across Germany's largest island! In the holiday complex you can take advantage of extensive leisure and sports facilities. The swimming pool is just a few steps away. There you will find fun and relaxation in the spacious bathing area with a slide, a toddler pool, a spacious sauna area and in the large beauty and wellness area! Please note that admission to the water park is not included in the price! The vacation apartment no. 35 with private entrance has a size of about 55 square meters and is located on the ground floor of a beautiful vacation home. The 2-room apartment can comfortably accommodate 4 people. The apartment consists of a bedroom, a large living room with open kitchen, a bathroom with shower and toilet and a terrace. In the spacious bedroom there is a double bed as well as a closet. The spacious and bright living area offers space for two more guests with a pull-out sofa bed. Next to a couch corner there is a dining table. The open kitchen is well equipped with a stove with oven, dishwasher and fridge with freezer. Other kitchen appliances such as a coffee machine, toaster and kettle are of course part of the basic equipment! Large floor-to-ceiling windows lead to the terrace. Linger here for many sunny hours with a wonderful view of the countryside. The daylight bathroom with shower and toilet is bright and modern.  Wi-Fi is free of charge in the apartment. You only need to request a code at the reception of the hotel complex. If you want to sit at the set breakfast table during your vacation, this is also no problem! You can book an extensive breakfast at the hotel. Of course, there is a free parking space in the immediate vicinity. It is numbered with apartment number 35. Pets are allowed. Please note that additional fees will be charged for pets.
