2-room apartment with terrace Other things to note The holiday apartment is located in a well-kept, extensive holiday complex in the center of Neddesitz - municipality of Sagard and offers the ideal starting point for excursions over Germany's largest island! In the holiday complex you can enjoy extensive leisure and sports activities. It's just a few steps to the swimming pool. There you will be offered fun and recreation in the spacious swimming landscape with slide, a toddler pool, a spacious sauna area and in the large beauty and wellness area! Note that entrance to the fun pool is not included in the price! The holiday apartment no. 35 with its own entrance has a size of about 55 square meters and is located on the ground floor of a beautiful holiday home. The 2-room apartment can comfortably accommodate 4 people. The apartment consists of a bedroom, a large living room with open kitchen, a bathroom with shower and toilet as well as a terrace. In the spacious bedroom there is a double bed as well as a wardrobe. The spacious and bright living area offers space for two additional sleeping guests with a pull-out sofa bed. There is a dining table next to a couch corner. The open plan kitchen is well equipped with a stove with oven, dishwasher and fridge with freezer. Other kitchen appliances such as coffee maker, toaster and kettle are of course part of the basic equipment! Large floor-to-ceiling windows lead to the terrace. Stay here for many sunny hours with stunning views of the countryside. The daylight bathroom with shower and toilet is bright and modern.  The Wi-Fi is free of charge for you in the apartment, only a code must be requested on site at the reception of the hotel complex. If you want to sit at the set breakfast table during your holiday, this is no problem either! You can book an extensive breakfast in the hotel on site. Of course, a free parking space in the immediate vicinity is at your disposal. It is numbered with the apartment number 35. Pets are allowed. Please note that additional charges apply for pets.
