Enter into the shared courtyard space off of Houston Street to gain access to your rental, and up a short-flight of stairs. Upon entering into the courtyard space you may be greeted by the neighbors friendly pup - Truly a "pet-friendly" property! Located upstairs, you will enter into the carriage house, into the kitchen packed with all of the modern amenities you could wish for. A full-size stove, fridge, microwave and dishwasher have all been conveniently placed. The kitchen opens up to the main living space, that boasts with natural light on a sunny Savannah Day! A large sofa is situated across from the large Smart TV. Also located in the main living space you will find a small table for two, that can also be used as a workspace. Semi-private to the living space, there is a divide between rooms that transition into the bedroom, where you can rest easy in a queen size bed. A full-size bathroom, with a large vanity, walk-in shower, and a stackable washer + dryer, is located just off of the bedroom! What is Parking Like For This Home? Parking for this home is on-street and metered, with enforcement by the City of Savannah Monday through Saturday, 8am to 8pm. Guests may conveniently pay using the ParkSavannah app, feed the meter or parking kiosks directly, or utilize a nearby public parking garage. Pre-paid visitor parking passes are available for purchase at the Parking and Mobility Services office. Please take note of posted Sweep Zone signs when parking on the street. Sleeping Configuration: Queen Size Bed We can welcome your dog companions at this pet friendly home, but ask that you find other arrangements for cats, birds, and other furry friends. There is a $130 pet fee (non-refundable) with a 35 lb. maximum weight limit per dog and a limit of 2 dogs per reservation. Some homes may allow larger dogs, please inquire for more information. SVR-02004 *For the security of our guests and the safety of our home, we have an external security camera located in the courtyard.* Other things to note AGE RESTRICTION: All renters must be over the age of 25, unless it is a child accompanied by a parent. If a guest is found to have falsified their reservation in any way we reserve the right to evict the guest, cancel their reservation and retain ALL DEPOSITS PAID TO THAT POINT.
