The furnishings are studied in detail and allow guests to enjoy the enormous spaces offered by the house. The main characteristics are freshness and luminosity. The environment is divided into: -Living room, which represents the strong point of the apartment, is modern and very bright thanks to the window overlooking the external terrace. There is a very spacious L-shaped sofa that can make all 6 guests relax comfortably, watching the best films on the various platforms thanks to the wall-mounted TV placed in front of it. At the foot of the sofa, a large coffee table will allow you to consume food and drinks while seated without having to use the external table. -Main room, spacious and bright, equipped with a very comfortable King Size bed, where you can rest after a busy day at the beach. A shelf with objects and a coat rack with wheels will allow you to place your clothes and bags in the room, which has access to the huge outdoor terrace. -Room number 2 has two single beds spaced apart and a very spacious wardrobe where you can store clothes and bags without problems. The room overlooks a small terrace designed for hanging out the laundry. -Room number 3 is made up of 2 single beds joined or spaced according to the needs of the guests. Behind the door is a built-in wardrobe with hangers and chest of drawers. The present window allows the room to be very bright. -The complete bathroom made up of light blue and white tiles is very large and inside you will find all the necessary comforts. In addition to the bathroom fixtures and the shower, shampoo and body cream kits will be provided, as well as those for dental hygiene. -The laundry room equipped with a cupboard containing cleaning products, a microwave oven and a washing machine, precedes the service bathroom where the guest will find a shower, a toilet and a sink, all accompanied by the shampoo/body cream and dental hygiene kits. -The kitchen is welcoming and despite not being large, the LED lighting and the island with the hob make it practical and comfortable for preparing any type of meal. There is an oven, 3 large stoves, fridge, freezer and all the basic products for cooking. The strong point of the house closes the circle, that is the 70 square meter terrace facing the sea. From here you can admire the sunsets and the beach, or sunbathe on one of the 4 sunbeds made available to guests. Perfect for enjoying an aperitif facing the sea or for having meals at the table placed under the mechanical awning outside the living room. Each room has a remote controlled mechanical fan located above the beds. The apartment is only equipped with an air conditioner located at the entrance to the sleeping area, facing the 3 bedrooms. Guest access The apartment, being in a very tactical area, is located close to any point of interest that the city can offer, such as means of transport, the beach, restaurants and bars, supermarkets and pharmacies. The property has free shared parking spaces on site. They are not nominally reserved, so upon arrival you must place a plaque identifying the apartment number and the name of the condominium. The plate will be given to the guest during check-in. Other things to note PARKING Parking is free under the building where the apartment is located. The number of parking lots is lower than the number of apartments, so the situation could arise where, despite the guest having the appropriate parking tag, they are full. In this case, information will be provided on paid parking, on and off the street, closest to the apartment. BEACH The condominium in which the apartment is located has a private beach below it, located between the building and the public beach. The sunbeds are not nominative or detectable per apartment, but there is practically always a place. In the event that guests wish to rent umbrellas and sunbeds on the beach facing the sea, all the information to book them will be provided, including a discount agreed with the consortium.
