Terrace flat refurbished in 2022 with free WIFI and SmartTv. Three bedrooms, two bathrooms and a fully equipped kitchen. Dishwasher, washing machine, NESPRESSO coffee machine, fridge, microwave, oven, kettle, iron, hairdryer, air conditioning in all bedrooms and lounge/dining room. Private outdoor terrace. Private car park subject to reservation. Pay on arrival 7,5€/day The space Two of the bedrooms have a queen-size double bed measuring 1.60m x 2.00m, while the third bedroom has two single beds measuring 1.00m x 2.00m. The two bathrooms are complete with extra-flat shower trays. In the lounge you'll find a 42" Smart TV, WIFI password and a dining table. The kitchen (fully equipped) gives access to the terrace and a storage room where you'll find recycling bins for sorting rubbish and a clothes line for drying clothes. Guest access Access is via a code (electronic key) which will be given to guests at check-in or moments before. This code will only be valid during the stay and will expire immediately after checkout. Other things to note We have a baby bed (sheets, pillow, duvet) and a high chair for babies (plate and cup for babies), which we will put in the flat whenever requested at an additional cost of 25€. Mid-stay cleaning, with change of sheets and towels, available upon reservation and payment of a 60€ fee. For stays longer than 7 days, cleaning is free. Registration Details 127665/AL
