The space The 78 sqm apartment is located on the third floor of a building NOT equipped with elevator: it is necessary to climb the stairs to access it. The interior space is composed as follows: - Kitchenette with induction hob, fridge, freezer, moka, electric kettle and traditional oven - Living room with double sofa bed, dining table and 24 "TV with Fire Stick - Bedroom I with double bed, chest of drawers and wardrobe - Bedroom II with double bed and wardrobe - Toilet with wc, bidet and shower box - Balcony with sea view.
