Fully stocked dish cabinet, custom design solid wood furniture, large windows with river views. Will sleep 2 maximum with a queen bed in the sleeping quarters. Enjoy serene sunrises and sunsets from the private dock. Bring your own boat and launch from one of the nearby city boat ramps, and leave it tied up to the dock beside the houseboat. The houseboat is moored at a private dock, shared by homeowners and the dock is stationary. Not handicap accessible. Whether you are here for a few days or a few months, you will surely enjoy your time on The Banana Boat! This property has a 2 night minimum. OUR CANCELLATION POLICY: You may cancel, change dates, or switch properties within seven (7) days of the booking date with no penalty. Please note that after seven (7) days, we cannot refund your advance rental payment unless equivalent revenue is generated from another rental customer for the same property for the same rental dates. If the property re-rents and generates the equivalent revenue, your advance rental payment will be refunded minus a cancellation fee not to exceed 2.0% of your advance payment.
