Greenport is a five-minute drive, and any number of local beaches, from the quiet sandy bay beach a half mile away, to the the more dramatic sound beach at the end of Rocky Point Road, can easily be reached by bike. Sep's farm stand, Angel's country store, the now-legendary lavender fields and the Hampton Jitney stop are all a short walk away. When you're back from the beach, vineyards, shopping, or from a great meal at one of the many restaurants of the North Fork, you can hang out, relax and watch a movie on the smart TV, play music on the Sonos. Cook on the 6-burner Wolf restaurant stove and enjoy meals in the huge dining room. Or have a long soak in one of the deep clawfoot tubs When the day's over, the beds are all super comfortable with new linens, and the whole house is air conditioned. You can also grill in the large backyard filled with shade trees, next to acres of open land for peace, privacy, and a great view.... especially at sunset.
