This lovely 4BR, 2 bathroom home in Founders Landing is perfect for a family getaway. The four large bedrooms can comfortably sleep 8 to 9, and a queen sleeper sofa in the den allows you to spread out if needed (we've also got a pack-n-play for the littlest northforker). The house features a chef's kitchen, den with flatscreen TV, Wifi, central A/C, and new heated in-ground saltwater pool. In the colder months, cozy up to the warmth of two no fuss gas wood stoves. The space The house is perfect for car-less NYC families. It is walking distance (10 min) from both the Hampton Jitney stop and the Southold LIRR station. Once here, you’re just a short 5 minute walk to Founders Landing Beach Park, a lovely Sound beach with picnic tables, swings and slide for the kids, a bathroom and lifeguards on duty (July 1 to Labor Day) with a roped-off swimming area. Or swim at home in a new 12x24 ft salt water pool, right next to the tiki bar complete with outdoor TV. It is also a short walk into Southold Village featuring shops, restaurants, grocery stores, and more. The Blue Duck Bakery, NoFo Coffee Roasters, Grateful Deli, Wayside Market, Caci, Founder's Tavern and Country Corner Café/Ice Cream Shop are all less than five blocks away, as is the North Fork Table and Inn, one of Long Island’s best restaurants. Or cook at home in a fully-stocked kitchen with everything you need to put together a locally-sourced meal from local farms. You can also bike to one of the North Fork’s renowned wineries (we have two bikes available for your use). Coming by car?
