Bedroom two comes with 2 single size beds, convertible into 1 King bed. The separate laundry area includes washing machine, dryer & laundry tub. An open style kitchen/living area with gas cook tops, spacious dining and TV set up. The apartment has climate control air conditioning/heating throughout, with tiled floors in the main areas. 2 x secure underground parking spaces are situated close to the lifts. Absolute beachfront North facing apartment elevated off street level with private balcony offering privacy and total relaxation. Guest access Guests have private access to the entire apartment and private car parking. You may use the shared Gym, Sauna and Swimming pools during opening hours only. Children must be supervised at all times while on common property. Requests for earlier check in prior to 2pm cannot be guaranteed. We will call you the morning of your arrival to arrange to meet you for your arrival and if the property will be ready earlier than 2pm we will let you know at this time. Other things to note All guests visiting and occupying the property are subject to comply with the Bylaws associated with Cotton Beach & the NSW governments short term holiday letting code of conduct. Please ensure all visitors and guests abide by the building’s bylaws for the duration of your stay. The property is Non-smoking, if you or your guests are smokers, please ensure they leave the building to smoke. All children must be supervised in the common areas of the building and especially the pool. Food, drink, and alcohol is NOT to be consumed in the pool areas. Towels and washing are not to be hung over the balcony railings or fences. Please use the clothes airers provided or the dryer in the apartment. Antisocial behavior will not be tolerated and guests who do not abide by the House Rules will be evicted form the property.
