In a recently renovated building, equipped with modern amenities, these apartments are located in the heart of Amarante's historic center, in one of its most typical streets, allowing walking access to all the city's tourist spots, as well as to the Tâmega River and its unforgettable river beaches. This privileged location allows you to get to know the city, enjoying its beautiful landscapes, its history and its remarkable gastronomy. The space Equipped with all the amenities for a stay of several days, the Studio is perfect for a comfortable stay for two in the city center. Its small balcony is overlooking one of the most typical streets of the city, where the aromas of delicious conventual sweets, produced there, float. All apartments have excellent access, with a large car park right next to the accommodation. Our hosts, João and Laura, in love with the soul of their city, are always available, providing their guests with pleasant experiences in a family atmosphere. Other things to note Tourist tax Please be advised that the Municipality of Amarante charges a tourist tax for all visitors over 16 years of age who stay in the territory for the first three nights only. The fee is applied as follows: - period from April 1st to September 30th: €2 per guest per night - period from October 1st to March 31st: €1 per guest per night The guest must deposit the amount in a container identified at the accommodation. NOISE: Our accommodation is located in the historic center of the beautiful city of Amarante. This is a city with a strong cultural identity, known for its ancient traditions and events that liven up local life and that of our visitors. Throughout the year, especially during the summer, it is common to hold popular festivals, musical events and other celebrations that can generate noise and disturb the usual peace and quiet. Some parties can last well into the night. While many of our guests value this authentic cultural experience, we understand that some may prefer a quieter environment, which may not be guaranteed at certain times.
