It will offer you everything you need for an unforgettable stay: shops and restaurants, as well as the main monuments to visit within walking distance and the refined decoration of a comfortable and well-equipped studio. The train station is an 8-minute walk away. IMPORTANT: Please note, the accommodation is located on the first floor, without elevator access. The stairs may seem steep for people with walking difficulties!! I do not recommend our accommodation for people with light sleep, due to the proximity of bars and terraces (especially weekends and summer): the night noise will disturb your sleep!! Please note, parties and events are not tolerated, pets are not allowed, except small breeds. Finally, smokers are kindly requested to reserve their cigarette break outside the studio. Guest access The building is located close to Arras train station, 8 minutes' walk away Place des Héros is a pedestrian square; however, there are 2 parking lots nearby: the secure parking lot of the Grande Place 150 m away and the parking lot of Place de la Vacquerie 100 m away. Other things to note The studio is cleaned by me after each checkout. Check-in and checkout times are flexible, except in the case of a cross-over departure and arrival, in which case check-in is from 3pm and checkout is until 12pm
