The space You'll have the entire, 1916 sq ft, newly remodeled home to yourself - settled on an acre in a quiet and semi-secluded neighborhood among the trees. It's the perfect home base - located 16 miles from Yosemite National Park South Entrance, 8 miles from Bass Lake and 1 mile from Downtown Oakhurst. All new modern appliances in a stocked modern farmhouse kitchen with an open, spacious floor plan for enjoying with family and friends. Take-in the clean mountain air from the elevated deck overlooking the beautiful park-like backyard with seasonal creek. Enjoy being among the trees while grilling after a long day of hiking or swimming, then take in the stars from the back patio - it's not uncommon to get friendly deer visitors! Heating and air-conditioning, Roku, fast WiFi, keyless entry, and on-site parking (including ample Trailer/RV/Boat/Toy parking). Recent upgrades include fresh paint, beautiful engineered hardwood floors, brand new appliances and new carpet in the bedrooms. This large home is the perfect destination getaway. Recommended to check reservation requirements on the Yosemite National Park website. Guest access Guests can respectfully enjoy the entire cabin except locked owner cabinets and shed. Other things to note Security cameras: We have 24/7 video/audio security cameras on the exterior of property, designed to maintain privacy and safety while enjoying our home. Guest policy: Only the guests on the confirmed Airbnb reservation are allowed on the property. Extra guests must be approved in advance of the reservation and are subject to additional fees. Cleaning fee: the cleaning fee covers enhanced deep cleaning and linen service. All bedding is brought in fresh from a professional linen company for each stay. Additional cleaning fees may be incurred for excessive mess (e.g. excessive dishes, trash, etc). Early check-in or late check-out requests may be subject to additional fees. Our neighbors are friendly and enjoy the serenity of the area. Please respect the essence of the woods and keep the noise down after dark.
