The 220 m² Casa Pinsa is spread over three floors and can accommodate up to six guests. On the ground floor, you will find a living and dining area, a fully equipped kitchen, a bathroom with shower and toilet and a small work corner. On the first floor, there are three large double bedrooms and two modern bathrooms. The master bedroom offers an en-suite bathroom, a dressing room and direct access to the balcony. Upstairs, a roof terrace with sea views and fantastic sunsets awaits you. The space In the lovingly landscaped garden, a large covered veranda with dining area and lounge corner invites you to relax. The new 8 x 4 m saltwater pool is heated and equipped with comfortable sun loungers. Whether sun or shade – everyone will find their favorite spot here. A high-quality Weber gas grill is also available. Other things to note Casa Pinsa is located in a very quiet and exclusive residential area, where the neighborhood places the utmost importance on compliance with the Mallorcan neighborhood laws. Therefore, out of consideration for the neighborhood, parties, events and loud music are expressly not allowed. The accommodation is therefore not suitable for groups planning a party vacation. The maximum number of guests is 6 people according to the ETV license. Additional guests cannot be accommodated.
