Welcome to Château Vrai Canon Bouché, our new luxury rental in a prestigious wine estate linked to the Château de La Dauphine in Fronsac. It is dedicated entirely to seasonal rentals all year round and can accommodate up to 12 people. Single storey mansion with AC during summers. You will appreciate the peacefulnessof the place and the view of the Canon-Fronsac vineyards. Ideal for discovering the prestigious Bordeaux wine region with friends or family. The space A few minutes from the medieval city of St Emilion, this single-storey 18th century wine estate was renovated in 2018 Minimum stay of 2 nights all year round except 4 nights minimum during the Christmas holidays and 6 nights minimum in July and August. The villa: - Large living room with TV, Hi-Fi system and desk - A fully equipped kitchen with wine cellar - Beautiful panoramic terrace overlooking the valleys of Fronsac with a large table for outdoor meals and Weber Charcoal BBQ - Swimming pool with sunbeds, parasols, outdoor shower and buoys. Pool towels provided. - Ping pong table - Six double bedrooms equipped with adjoining bathrooms with WC (1 bathroom with bathtub and 5 bathrooms with walk-in showers). Beds are made on arrival and towels are provided. - 2 independent toilets Windows arranged on either side of the villa open onto the technical buildings, allowing you to live to the rhythm of the work carried out in the barrel cellar. We will be delighted, subject to availability, to offer you a visit accompanied by a tasting within the prestigious Château de La Dauphine.
