This 67 sqm renovated apartment in real loft style is located between Römerbrücke and Karl-Marx-Haus. The stylish decor with a large couch, relaxation pillows and private hot tub ensures a relaxed feel-good atmosphere after an eventful day in beautiful Trier. The location is ideal for city visits: The pedestrian zone starts 650 m away. The Kaiserthermen and the Porta Nigra are about 15-20 minutes' walk. Bus line 1 stops just 350 meters away (Barbaraufer). The space The accommodation impresses above all with its 3.50 m high ceilings and is furnished in a modern, industrial style. The separate entrance area equipped with clinker leads through a loft sliding door into the spacious living area with smart TV. The open-plan kitchen is fully equipped, including a coffee maker, fridge-freezer, microwave, toaster, oven, stove, and connects to a long bar counter that invites you to have breakfast. For dinner, there is also a separate dining area. In the bedroom there is a 160 x 200 cm box spring bed, a wardrobe and a private workplace. The bathroom is equipped with a large, floor-to-ceiling rain shower and has a washing machine (incl. dryer), which is available free of charge if needed. Guest access Right in front of the apartment door is a private, free parking space ("Reserved for Mosel-Loft"). The fastest way to get to the pedestrian zone with many restaurants, bars and shopping is via Dampfschiffstraße and Karl-Marx-Straße. Other things to note The nearest bakery is 180 m away (Bäckerei Kirwald, only open on weekdays) and 650 m away (Bäckerei Dietz). Within a 5-minute walk you will also find a delicious tapas restaurant (Robertinos), a very good oriental restaurant (Die Wunderlampe) and a supermarket (Nahkauf Philly B.).
