Bright apartment with mountain views and balcony, 45 sqm, Sonthofen-Rieden district. Newly erected in 2020 and fully insulated attic near the Iller. Shopping facilities from discount stores to full-range stores as well as specialty stores for drugstore, office and pet supplies, clothing, shoes, etc. can be reached in two minutes by car or ten minutes on foot. The Sonthofer or Ortwanger swimming lake is a 20-minute walk, the pedestrian zone and train station on the walking and cycling path along the Iller is 30 minutes. The space The lovingly furnished apartment with underfloor heating offers everything for a pleasant stay, from views of the mountains over the bathroom with shower tub to the fully equipped kitchen. With its overall size and king-size bed in the bedroom, the apartment is ideal for two people. A maximum of three more can stay in the living room on a single and a double sofa bed. Bed linen is available for all sleeping arrangements, as well as a TV and WiFi. There is no dryer, but there is a clothes rack. In the host apartment below with separate entrance and garden, a cat, two small dogs and two running ducks live with us. Compatible pets are welcome upon request.
