It features an outside terrace which is ideal for your breakfast or hours of sea- gazing and relaxation while enjoying your dinner in a comfortable sitting/dining area. This stunning is also just over the shard pool with the comfortable sunbeds where you can just let this calm atmosphere sink in! The element that is prominent in this villa is again the style. This gorgeous Villa consists of two floors designed to offer comfort and luxury to groups of families and friends. The ground floor features the fully equipped kitchen with top notch amenities and a living room with a smart HD 43” TV, ideal for hours of relaxing or even movie night! The ground floor also features a comfortable and stylish bedroom with its own en-suite bathroom and from the balcony door you have access to the excellent terrace and the panoramic views. The lower floor features one large, luxurious bedroom with its private bathroom next door. On this floor you will also find a spacious living room designed to keep small and big kids entertained! Welcome to our amazing Vatsa, that just like the beach it was named after, it is unique! Guest access Reaching our accommodation from the Airport you need to head to the port of Argostoli and get on the ferry boat to Lixouri. Once there, turn left at the port exit and then right at the town's central square. At the end of the square turn left. In 500 m you will see a sign to the Ionian Village, turn left and park to your private spot. The center of Lixouri city with all the restaurants, cafes, shops and bars is just a walk away. Staying safe - The complex's shared pool is ideal for swimming. Kindly note that its depth is at 1,20 meters on one side, gradually reaching 1,80 meters on the other side, hence caution is advised. Ionian Village waves all responsibility regarding the use of the pool and safety matters regarding children and adults alike. We always strive for our guests to have a comfortable, luxurious and, most importantly, safe stay. Your villa will have been sanitized thoroughly before your arrival. There is a daily housekeeping service and the change of bedding and towels takes place once per week.
